We have been using the clinic for years. We like Dr. TOM ,     [  he is in Wednesday thru Friday]  because he is knowledgeable,  kind and compassionate.  The clinic is relatively inexpensive compared to others in the community. You do have to wait in line and it is first come first served. Just remember to check in so they know you are there. If you do not mind waiting in line you will find their service is excellent, the staff is helpful and the prices are fair.

Dr Zach Williams gave our injured dog exceptional care, going above and beyond any vet experience I've ever had. He took his time, explained exactly what he was doing and why. He explained possible complications to watch out for. He was patient when our dog was scared and resistant. His vet tech, Alex was just as attentive. Kate was eager to assist as needed. No one rushed us on the late Friday afternoon, every care was taken to help our dog. Dr. Zach gave us the cost of sedation before going that route. I understand that some people cannot wait and won't like that appointments aren't taken, but I will!!! I am so thankful that we ended up here and no other vet. Many thanks to the staff, including the front desk, who made every easy. They were friendly even when things were hectic. They seemed truly concerned and empathetic towards our situation. I recommend North Tyler Vet Clinic with more than 5 stars!!! ❤️🐾

We are so happy we found this vet clinic! Our goat that we had purchased the weekend before had a bad eye infection. We live about an hour away, but couldn't find anyone near us that would see our goat on a Saturday.  The staff here was very kind, caring and professional. It is so convenient to be able to just walk in, even though there might be a little bit of a wait you know you can get in same day and the staff was definitely worth the wait.  I didn't even ask about pricing when I called because I knew our goat really needed to be seen but when checking out, the bill was much less than I expected for the quality of care we received! Although it is an hour away, this is going to be our new vet clinic!

I had a great day when I took my 3 pups in for shots .. lady in front the sweetest lady we had great talks..  very fast friendly and inviting!! I would recommend for prices and friendly staff!! 10 stars if I could I would put 100 stars!!!

Dr. Marcus Alexander has always treated our equines as if they were his. I really like the way he makes me as a part of the examination of the horse. They are always so busy so you have to be patient and wait but it is well worth it for the care of your animal.

This vet got up late to deal with my goat having a still born kid stuck in her. He did it quickly and explained things to us as he unfolded the stuck kid. Great prices for what he did as well. Thank you for saving my doe.

We had to have our 15 year old Jacque put to sleep because of health issues and North Tyler Vet was there to help. They made a very hard decision a little easier. We had our little baby since he was a puppy and he did everything with us until his health failed. I read that ending your dog’s life in a painless manner when they are suffering is the last loving thing we can do for them. Thank you North Tyler Vet Staff. ❤️

I had to take my furbaby to the vet yesterday morning. She was dying at 15 years old. The staff was very kind to me and Dr. Zach was also kind and kept apologizing to me because I was bawling my eyes out. That was the hardest thing a loving pet parent will ever have to do



I also have an aunt that works there and the trip to the vet would not have been possible without her.
